Hey there, Disney-loving moms!

Planning a trip to Magic Kingdom Is super exciting! But it can also be very stressful if we don't know what to pack. Believe me! Knowing what to pack for the parks can make all the difference in the world!

So let's dive in!

From must-haves to leave-behinds, here’s your ultimate guide to ensuring a smooth and memorable day at the happiest place on earth! You can also Shop my Disney essentials Amazon Finds here!

What to Bring:

1. Comfortable Clothing and Shoes:

Breathable Layers: Florida weather can be unpredictable. Bring lightweight, breathable layers to stay comfortable throughout the day. If you go during summer I suggest you or the kids bring bathing suits under your clothing, you will Likely get wet!

Comfortable Shoes: Expect to do a lot of walking. Sneakers or well-cushioned sandals are a must. During summer times I recommed Sandals that can get wet!

2. Essentials for the Day:

Backpack or Tote Bag: A sturdy, comfortable bag to carry your essentials.

Refillable Water Bottle: if possible choose a material that can keep the water cold, you can also refill the water bottles at different stations available throughout the park.

Sunscreen and Sunglasses: Protect yourself from the Florida sun.

Ponchos or Small Umbrella: Be prepared for sudden rain showers. Orlando famous for them!

Portable Charger: This is a big one! your phone will never run out of battery faster then at a Disney park! and you will want to have battery at the end of the day for the light show!

3. For the Kids:

Autograph Book and Pen: In case your kids would like to collect autographs from their favorite characters!

Small Snacks: non-perishable snacks are the best to bring to disney!

Stroller: Even if your child is a good walker, a stroller can be a lifesaver for tired little legs! If you do not bring a stroller I strongly suggest you rent a cart in the entrace of the park, it will help you store your things outside the attractions and definetly for the kiddos when they get tired, there is a single and a double one available to rent.

4. Health and Safety:

Hand Sanitizer, Wipes and First Aid Kit: Include band-aids, antiseptic wipes, and any necessary medications if needed.

What Not to Bring:

1. Large Coolers and Glass Containers:

Magic Kingdom has strict rules against large coolers and glass containers, so opt for small, soft-sided coolers if you need to bring perishables.

2. Selfie Sticks:

For safety reasons, selfie sticks are not allowed in the park. Leave them at home to avoid any hassle at the entrance.

3. Pets:

Unless you have a service animal, pets are not permitted in the park. Plan for pet care ahead of your visit.

4. Toy Weapons:

Even toy swords and guns are prohibited to ensure a safe and friendly environment for all guests.

5. Wheeled Devices:

Items like skateboards, scooters, and inline skates are not allowed. Strollers and mobility devices are the exceptions.

Extra Tips:

1. Download the My Disney Experience App:

Manage your FastPass+ selections, check wait times, and make dining reservations with ease.

2. Plan for Parades and Shows:

Arrive early to get a good spot for parades and shows. It’s also a great time to take a break and enjoy a snack.

3. Use Rider Switch:

If you have little ones who can’t go on certain rides, take advantage of Rider Switch so everyone gets a turn without waiting twice.

4. Pack Light, but Smart:

While it’s tempting to bring everything, remember you’ll be carrying it all day.

Prioritize essentials and try to keep it light!

Here’s to a day filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable moments!

Have a magical trip!

With Love!

Sasha!
